Just look outside: the spring has come! It’s the 4th of March. At least it’s sunny, which makes everyone feel happy. The weather is perfect for a run! You can’t miss a day like that. So, the friendly team of Simpals decided to seize the opportunity and go out for a corporate training session.
Simpals is a team known for its sports traditions. It’s enough to mention the “Iron Man” title of Dmitri Voloshin, general director of the company! Besides, the team includes at least 10 marathon runners, who represented the running club Sporter Run at prestigious international competitions.
Not long ago, the female part of the company also joined the ranks of athletes. The beginners started to train in early February and now they are able to run 8-10 km during one training session. Most of them registered for the 21 km race held within the framework of the Chisinau Marathon.
Liviu Croitoru, the coach of the running club Sporter Run, gives the command: “On your mark, get set, go!” And the team of happy employees in branded T-shirts starts to run around the lake in Valea Morilor park. The coach corrects the mistakes: “Don’t swing your arms, keep your elbows close to your body. Don’t strain yourself, your movements should be relaxed”. 6 km …Well, it’s time to wrap it up and go back to work in a good mood that will last the whole day.
So, the company Simpals was the first to try the new “Corporate Training” program offered by Sporter Run. And this collective training certainly will not be the last!
