Despite the gloomy weather, employees, coaches and participants of the club managed to run 5K around Valea Trandafirilor Park under the guidance of Liviu Croitoru, a professional coach of the running club Sporter Run.

Therefore, for optimal preparation you should combine training in the gym with outdoor workouts.
