METRO Cash & Carry provides 25 tents for carrying the sports exhibition (Sport Expo) in the Great National Assembly Square that will be carried in the period of 15-17 April, 2016.

METRO Cash & Carry was officially launched in Moldova in December of 2004, by the opening of the first distribution center in Chisinau. At the end of 2006, there were already three stores in Moldova: Chisinau 1, Chisinau 2, Balti, all with a sales area of 19,000 sqm and an estimated number of food and non food items of 25,000, sold in each store. In the distribution centers of METRO Cash & Carry Moldova, at present, work 680 employees.
